1 lb ground beef (or any ground meat)
1 white onion, diced
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 (15 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
2 (15 oz) cans beans of choice, drained
1 cup beef broth (depending on how much
liquid you like in your chili)
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1-2 zucchini, chopped
2 cups broccoli rice
salt, to taste

Cook on low heat 8 hours.

  1. So excited for this series! Everytime you share a sheetpan/ slow cooker recipe on instagram I'm like when is she going to do an e-book on these meals?! probably going to have to buy this e-book!!

  2. Love adding the "riced" veggies, so smart and sneaky! Also, for those who are looking to cut back on the fat, but like me can't stand ground turkey, I've found a 60-40 ratio of ground beef or pork to ground turkey helps me not taste the turkey.

  3. These meals look amazing! They always are portioned for 1-2 however. Are the cook times the same for doubling these for a family? Is the meal prep class geared towards adults without young kids? Thank you for sharing these awesome prep meals!
